#SalmanKhan has been pronounced guilty of all charges, by the Mumbai#SessionsCourt in the 2002 hit-and-run case. The #Judge also observed that Salman Khan was driving under the influence of alcohol.
Salman has now been convicted for five years under Section 304 (2). The Sessions Court Judge D W Deshpande said that all the charges against the actor have been proved, which also included the stringent charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder, besides various other offences, including rash and negligent driving and driving under influence of liquor. The court also said that no more compensation to be given to victim's family.
